RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

1. Physical Books: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We confidently stand behind the quality of our digital E-Books. If you are not satisfied with your E-Book purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • How to request a refund: You must contact us at support@christian-pages.shop within 30 days of your original purchase date.

  • Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Note: This 30-day policy specifically applies to standalone Book purchases and does not apply to Donation Club Subscriptions.

2. Donation Club Subscriptions: Strictly No Refunds Our Donation Club grants you immediate access to highly valuable, exclusive Books and supports our Operation.

No Refunds: Because this digital value is delivered and consumed immediately upon joining, all Donation Club subscription payments are strictly final and non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your Donation Club subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Donation Club until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Right of Withdrawal (For European Union Consumers Only) If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right is legally waived for digital content and digital services under the following conditions:

  • Loss of Right of Withdrawal for the Donation Club & Digital Content: By purchasing a Donation Club Subscription , you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract  before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge and agree that by giving this consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

  • Therefore, the strict "No Refund" policy for the Donation Club (Section 2) fully applies, overriding the statutory withdrawal period.
